Return Policy/Start a Return

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It cannot be worn, washed or tags removed and must be free of smells (smoke and pet odors). 

The items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

SALE ITEMS, anything discounted 20% or more is non-refundable.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact mountainbluebirdboutique@gmail.com and send a picture of the defective or damaged item. 

We are unable to exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. You may return the item for a refund or store credit.

Please include a slip with your name, order number and the reason for the return. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Packages are turned over to USPS and ownership transfers to the buyer once the item is shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, mis-delivery errors, or incorrect shipping information. Contact USPS with any shipping issues or problems.
